We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Window & Door Sales Representative to grow our presence within the professional building and construction market. This role is focused on developing and expanding relationships with contractors and builders. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with strong product knowledge in windows,doors, and building materials, and a proven ability to generate and close business.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Growth:

·      Actively prospect and generate new business through cold calls, site visits, networking, and industry events

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Lighting Sales Specialist to join our team. This role combines outside sales with showroom-based customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with contractors, designers, and homeowners, while also assisting walk-in clients in our showroom. This hybrid position requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

Outside Sales

·       Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and designers.

·       Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calls, and site visits.

Delivery Driver/Box Truck ( Non-CDL )

Shift- Monday- Friday 7am- 3:30pm *most often OT past 3:30pm typically no later than 6pm 2-3 days a week.

This is a Non-CDL position, driving a box-truck, loading and unloading delivery orders to customers and job sites. You will need to be physically fit to load and unload building materials.

Window and Door Service Technician-

Mon- Fri - Day-shift 40+ hours a week

Pay- Hourly Pay $25-$31/ hr- TBD based on candidate experience/knowledge.

Position Overview:

The Service Technician is responsible for providing quality service visits to customers to inspect, repair and/or adjust windows and doors in the field. The Service Technician will diagnose product issues in the field, determine and perform the correct resolution, and communicate accordingly with customers and internal service team. This position is responsible for ensuring all customer service calls are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Performs and completes service tasks as assigned, on products in the field
  • Problem solves and diagnoses difficult issues in the field
  • Replaces glass in windows or doors; Installs items such as sashes, windows, mountings, screens, other replacement parts etc.
  • Provides customers with helpful information on the care, operation and maintenance of their products
  • Generates and updates all required service-related documentation following a service visit so that additional service calls can be scheduled, if necessary, and billing or credit can be completed.
  • Conducts any necessary follow up service work and communication to resolve all assigned service tickets
  • Collects payment from customer in correspondence to PC policy.
  • Identifies and orders parts for follow up service calls, and coordinates with the internal CSR team as necessary
  • Maintains stock of all necessary parts and equipment on a weekly basis
  • Strives to achieve 100% Customer satisfaction while making it easy for customers to do business with the company; serves as a Customer Experience Champion
  • Aids in the training of new Service Technicians, Customer Service Representatives or team members as requested

Education and/or Experience:

Must have High School Diploma or GED and dependable work history. 0-2 year’s field service experience, or general business experience preferred. Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is preferable. Prior experience with power tools is required (i.e. table saw, circular or miter saw, pneumatic nail gun, power drill etc.)

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required as well as good public relations, public speaking, and customer service skills. Ability to read, interpret, understand and explain documents such as sales processes, product specifications or warranty manuals. Ability to effectively present information to others, gather information from others, and respond appropriately to questions from customers, coworkers and managers. Lumber Yard & Building Materials Forklift Operator/ General Laborer

PC Lumber & Hardware

Starting Wage: $18/ hr (*increase of $1/ hr after 90days & additional $1 increase at 1 year.)
Shift/Schedule: *Average 40 hours/week with occasional overtime.

  • Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm. *8 hour shifts of the following: 7am - 3:30pm, 2nd shift 8:30am -5:00pm, & 10:30am - 6pm
  • Saturday 8am - 4:00pm (1/2 hr lunch) Lunch must be taken /CLOCK OUT
  • Sunday - 10:00am - 4:00 pm Lunch not required / pd. 6 hrs.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Provide prompt friendly assistance to customers
  • Pull orders for customers.
  • Stock lumber and materials.
  • Majority of duties will be cleaning up around the yard. Monitoring and emptying trash receptacles, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the yard, etc.
  • Ability to operate a forklift. *Previous experience and/or certification a plus.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with management, supervisors, and co-workers.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • *Knowledge of building materials and hardware a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness and ability to work outdoors in the elements daily.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs solo and Team lift over 50lbs.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk about the lumber yard for 8-12 hour shifts.
  • Able and Willing to be trained in operating a Forklift. *Forklift experience a plus!

1st shift- 8 hour shifts Monday- Friday between the hours of 7a - 6p +every other Saturday 8a-4p.

Pay Rate- $17/ hr (90 day eval with potential of $1 increase and at 12 month eval with potential of another $1 increase) up to $19 in the first year.
Duties and Responsibilities

A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for handling various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service such as but not limited to the below:

  • Greeting customers when they enter the store.
  • Assisting in maintaining the back stock room, setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor, stocking shelves, etc.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Ringing up sales using Point of Sales (POS) software on a computer.
     
  • Arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
  • Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program
  • Other duties as needed
  • *Prior work experience in a retail or building materials and/ or knowledge of building materials and hardware, opening/ closing, and "keyholder" responsibilities preferred.

Education

  • High school Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Demands and Job Requirements:

  • Able and willing to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving.
  • Able and willing to lift, move, and carry product up to 50 lbs on shelving at various heights.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store for an 8–10-hour shift.
  • Able and willing to work in an retail environment.
  • Able and willing to operate computer, cash register, printer, and navigate computer software.
  • Basic Math skills (counting money).
